Frank is a retired Engineer who had a long career in the Computer-Aided-Design software field. He is a lifelong sailor, including 24 years of sailing his catboat around Ipswich Bay including witnessing the excellence of the Ipswich Junior Sailing program. Having recently joined the Ipswich Bay Yacht Club, Frank is delighted to have been recruited to support the ongoing mission of IJS. He joined the IJS board in 2024.
